In our experience, the majority of new buildings or renovations are expensive and emotional endeavours. Your concerns may include the fact that workmanship is not of a reasonable standard either cosmetically or structurally, building standards have not been adhered to, or that expectations have not been met.

We offer completion reports that are independent and non-biased. Our team has the experience and building knowledge to identify defects and non-compliant issues prior to the builder leaving the site. Our inspection services cover the Sydney area and surrounding suburbs. We encourage the client to attend a briefing after the inspection for a verbal account of our findings, and recommend ordering an inspection before the building is occupied.
