Pre-purchase pest inspections are an important part of the negotiation and buying process. We cover the majority of the Sydney area and it’s surrounding suburbs, and are flexible with our times to suit you. Our aim is to provide you with detailed information and advice to limit your exposure to unforeseen costs that may be creeping beneath the surface in the form of bugs, or worse yet, termites. It is quite common for properties based in Sydney to have experienced a termite attack that in some cases is not active or has been only temporarily treated. In these cases we will advise you of our opinion whether the infestation has been treated appropriately and how to proceed if not.

Our pest inspections give you a comprehensive visual report and findings of past and active timber pest damage to the property. The most important defects we are identifying are: termites, borers, wet rot decay, fungal decay and mould.
